UTEP made another top three cut for a targeted recruit, and according to Jon Rothstein, former NJIT leading scorer Anthony Tarke is down to UTEP, Maryland, and South Alabama.

Tarke would have to sit out a season due to transfer rules, but would have two years of eligibility.

Over 20 schools including a number of high-majors showed interest in the 6’6 swingman who scored 15.7 points and added 6.2 rebounds per game for NJIT last season as a sophomore.
