Just a few weeks into the job, and Rodney Terry and his staff will host one of the biggest recruiting weekends in recent memory as UTEP will entertain key 2018 targets in Issac Likekele and Nigel Hawkins in El Paso starting today.
Likekele, the former Fresno State signee, and 247Sports’ 10th best player in the state of Texas told 247Sports he’s down to UTEP, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State and will visit all three schools in consecutive weeks.

Hawkins, a 6’2 guard from Houston recently visited Virginia Tech and was offered by Texas A&M.
Both Hawkins and Likekele won Texas state titles in their respective classifications, and will be important pieces to UTEP’s class of 2018.
They are expected to arrive in El Paso Thursday evening, and spend the weekend in the Sun City.
