Phil Johnson met with the media today, and announced that Keith Frazier will not make the trip for UTEP’s final road trip, nor the C-USA Tournament.

Frazier played in just 19 games this season after transferring from North Texas. The former McDonald’s All-American started his collegiate career at SMU.
