UTEP picked up their second verbal commit after a second round of official visits this past weekend.
Cerritos College defensive back Josh Caldwell has committed to UTEP as he announced on Twitter last night.

Caldwell, a 6’1, 180 pound cornerback from Norwalk, California will have three years of eligibility at UTEP. Last season as a freshman, Caldwell recorded 40 tackles, and an interception.
He’s a teammate of fellow UTEP commit Justin Garrett.
