Conference USA announced its initial schedule of televised and streamed games for the 2017-18 men’s basketball season on Wednesday, and 10 will feature the UTEP Miners.
The Miners will participate in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off Nov. 16-19 in Conway, S.C. All three games will be carried on ESPN networks, beginning with the matchup versus Boise State on Nov. 16 at noon MT. That game will be shown on ESPNU.
UTEP’s non-conference games against NM State (Nov. 30) and Washington State (Dec. 9) in the Don Haskins Center will be carried by STADIUM, which includes a 24/7 linear feed distributed across both digital and broadcast platforms, and live events accessible via owned and operated Stadium platforms and select distribution partners.
STADIUM will also bring coverage of UTEP’s games at Middle Tennessee (Jan. 27) and at home versus LA Tech (Feb. 22).
beIN Sports will televise the Miners’ C-USA games at Southern Miss (Jan. 4) and UAB (Jan. 25). The contests will also be available through beIN Sports CONNECT, the network’s digital and mobile streaming service.
CBS Sports Network will show UTEP’s home game versus WKU on Feb. 1, with a late tip-off of 8 p.m. MT.
In addition, the C-USA Tournament quarterfinals (March 8) will be shown on STADIUM. CBS Sports Network will cover the semifinals (March 9) and championship (March 10) from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
