According to El Paso Times beat writer Bret Bloomquist, Zack Greenlee was back at practice taking first team reps against the scout team, and when UTEP went into a Miners vs. Miners period (1st team vs. 1st team).

This is a very good sign, and indicating that UTEP plans to have Greenlee back as long as things go smoothly this week. Sean Kugler is usually mum on injury updates during the week, so we might not get a definite answer on Greenlee's status, but him practicing early in the week is a great sign.
"He got some work in and that's been the plan to give him gradual work throughout the week." Kugler said after Tuesday's practice. "I thought he looked good today we'll see how he responds, but he had some good work in today".
Meanwhile, Bloomquist reported some not so good news on the injury front.

Alvin Jones was not padded up for Tuesday's practice, and was walking around in a walking boot on Tuesday.
Sean Kugler does not give out injury reports as he told reporters on Tuesday, meaning Jones could be doubtful, but again no official word was give on Tuesday.
Stay tuned as the week goes on, UTEP opened as a six point underdog to Army today.
