Texas Tech, UTEP renew home-and-home football series

UTEP and Texas Tech will meet again in the future.

Texas Tech's athletic department released future out of conference football opponents, including a home-and-home with UTEP in 2019, and 2020.

The Miners will travel to Lubbock on September 7th, 2019, then Kliff Kingsbury and the Red Raiders hit up El Paso on September 5th, 2020, which could be a season home opener for UTEP in that year.

Texas Tech marks the first out of conference foe for UTEP in both the 2019, and 2020 seasons according to FBSSchedules.com.

Tech and UTEP just finished up a two game home-and-home series over the past two seasons, UTEP will host Arizona next season, and will also face Colorado State, a return road game at Arizona, a home-and-home with Boise State, and a road game at Oklahoma in the coming out of conference schedules in the future.
