Tim Floyd wasted no time in addressing UTEP's back line needs as 2016 6'8 forward Thik Bol is visiting the UTEP campus this weekend.

Bol has led the nation in blocked shots in each of the past two seasons at Iowa Western Community College, breaking school records as a freshman by swatting away 147 shots in the 2014-15 season.
He averaged 10.2 points per game, and 7.5 rebounds per game this past season, ranking first in the nation in total rebounds and blocks to end out his sophomore season.
Bol holds offers from Wichita State, LA Tech, and Murray State, and has received interest from Maryland and Nebraska.
An Omaha, Nebraska native, Bol has greatly improved his numbers in his two years and Iowa Western CC compared to his prep days. He shows tremendous athletic ability, and has very good hands catching everything around, and off the rim in his highlight clips.
UTEP holds their official visits close to the chest, so its safe to say the coaching staff is all in on locking in Bol who would immediately fill an area of need in the middle.
