Series Notes:

• UTEP is 2-0 all-time versus ODU.  The Miners have held the Monarchs to 28.3 percent shooting (28-for-99) from the field, 17.1 percent (6-for-35) from three-point range and 48 ppg in the two contests.
• The Miners were victorious in their first trip to Norfolk, 63-49, on Feb. 8, 2014.  That was the final piece of an eight-game winning streak and UTEP held Old Dominion to 25.5 percent shooting -- its second-lowest figure yielded in a C-USA game.
