• The series is tied 8-8.
• Of the 15 games the teams have played as C-USA members, 12 have been decided by nine points or less.
• Three of the last seven meetings between the schools have gone to overtime.

• The teams played a double overtime game during the 2009-10 season, triple overtime in 2010-11 and single overtime in 2012-13. All were in Birmingham.
