American Sports Network set to televise two UTEP football games

Two UTEP involved C-USA games were picked up by the American Sports Network for 2015.

The American Sports Network will televise an additional two UTEP football games this year apart of the C-USA's TV deal with the sports network and the already announced National TV docket.

The league office announced that the October 10th date with FIU in Miami, and October 24th home date with FAU will be picked up by the American Sports Network.

"American Sports Network has become an outstanding partner of ours and we are pleased that this package of games will showcase our teams to C-USA fans throughout the country," said Conference USA Commissioner Britton Banowsky. "This will be an exciting season of C-USA Football and it's great that ASN will provide plenty of coverage each week this fall."

Seven out of UTEP's eight C-USA games are slated for television showings in 2015, the September 19th date in Las Cruces with NMSU will available on ESPN3 and the Watch ESPN App.

Thirty C-USA games will be televised in 2015 on the American Sports Network, including 20 league matchups, and there is also the possibility of added broadcasts by ASN.

As of now, more than 100 C-USA games will be televised, with other games and networks to be announced.  The UTEP vs. Arkansas game could also be announced on the SEC Network in the coming months.
