The 6'0, 225 pound Bell appeared in 35 games in his four year UTEP career, rushing for a career high 256 yards and four touchdowns this past season.
A special teams ace and MVP in 2014, Bell's versatility in the pass game saw him grab 23 passes for 155 yards combined in the past two seasons.
Ford played in 25 games in his career, the 6'5, 230 pound versatile tight end caught a career high 6 passes for 43 yards and a touchdown this past season.
Another player who used his special teams play as a ticket to Sunday's, Ford was main cog on the UTEP special teams units the past two seasons, and blocked two kicks in his UTEP career.
UTEP has now had four players sign undrafted free agent deals, one or two more could come tomorrow.
