The 6'2, 195 wide receiver/ATH amassed 998 receiving last year as a junior, to go along with nine touchdowns, earning a All-District 1-5A honors.
In his Chapin career, Bullitt has over 1,400 yards receiving, 78 total receptions, and 14 touchdowns, but could also be a slash type of athlete or even a running back hybrid at UTEP as well.
Bullitt is another prime example of a productive diamond in the seclusion of El Paso, UTEP is his first FBS offer with a projected highly productive senior year ahead in the fall.
Calling it an "honor" to receive the offer, Bullitt is another high character guy as well, who comes from a solid family background.
Other 2016 UTEP offers via 247 Sports include four star quarterback Jalen Hurts, wide receiver Antonio Kanonu, defensive end from El Paso Montwood Robert DeHaro, and defensive tackle Jarrod Hewitt.
