Miners Look To Keep Streak Going on The Road

UTEP looks to continue its longest winning streak of the season as they pay a visit to Minges Coliseum to face the East Carolina Pirates.

Back on the road for for six of their last nine, UTEP faces an East Carolina team who is steadily declining since the start of conference play.

The Pirates had lost six in a row before they were able to pull together a 74-67 win against UAB last Saturday.

Akeem Richmond leads the Pirates in scoring with an 18.2 scoring average, he also leads the C-USA in three-pointers made a game, and is second in the league in scoring.

As a collective group, East Carolina is 17th overall in the nation in 3-pointers attempted with 518, and also are 20th in makes with 187.

Mark that three games in a row UTEP faces a trigger happy team from deep. #Rebound
