"The Rush" Episode 10 - UTEP Sports Talk

Topics on this episode of "The Rush" podcast include UTEP football, basketball, track and field, and soccer. First up, is the Ultimate Miners' Bracket Final Four. It looks like the 1966 Miners will advance in this week's matchup to face the winner of the other Final Four match featuring the 1964 Miners versus the 1989 squad.

Also, we talk some UTEP football, including both senior QB Nick Lamaison and senior P Ian Campbell being named preseason First Team All-Conference, as well as Wednesday's Conference USA media day with Lamaison and UTEP defensive coordinator Andre Patterson.

We also talk some Miners' basketball, including the 2012-13 schedule, and Eamon Brennan's (ESPN) Conference USA shootaround. And, we wrap up with some comments on the latest in UTEP track and field, as well as on those former Miner athletes participating in the 2012 summer Olympics in London.
