We have received official word from UTEP Athletics that the new football coach will be announced at a 1:00 p.m. press conference. Of course, pictures are already surfacing around the internet of Sean Kugler entering the Durham Center, and the El Paso Times' Bret Bloomquist is reporting that Kugler has already addressed the team.
