Vincent Hunter Signs to Become a UTEP Miner

Three star forward Vincent Hunter announced via his twitter that he has signed an LOI to become a Miner.

Floyd snagged another one. Today, via his twitter account, four star forward Vincent Hunter out of Consortium Prep in Detroit announced that he has signed a national letter of intent to play for the UTEP Miners.

Hunter is 6'7 205lb small forward that is considered the 19th best in the country, according to Rivals. He also had offers from Xavier, Missouri State, and UAB, among others, and recently took an official visit to Long Beach State.

This is likely to be the last signee of the 2013 class, bringing the total number of recruits to five. Guard/forward Jake Flaggert was the first to sign in the middle of last week, 5 star shooting guard Isaac Hamilton followed, shooting guards Andre Spight and Jacob Thomas signed over the weekend and early into the week, and now Hunter has signed today.

We've already said this a couple of times over the last two years with coach Tim Floyd at the helm, but this here just may be the best recruiting class that UTEP has ever seen.
