The Land of Second Chances: UTEP Welcomes Tim Floyd Back to El Paso
The UTEP Miners have hired former USC head coach Tim Floyd as their new mens basketball coach. El Paso has truly become the land of second chances for troubled college coaches and all Miner fans ask for in return is hard work and a bit of loyalty.
