Sims of course verbally committed to play quarterback at UTEP. Now, it looks like Washington is back in the mix. Steve Sarkisian recruited Sims personally on a visit to Ventura last fall. Sims has not yet faxed a LOI to UTEP or Washington. Updates coming....
