Scout is reporting that UTEP has offered Zoey Williams, another DB, out of Sugar Land, Texas. According to Scout, Williams also has offers from UNLV and Memphis. According to Rivals, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Tulsa, and Wyoming have also offered him. Rivals reports that Williams is 5'10" and 185 pounds. They also post that he has a 30" vertical leap and runs a 4.41 forty yard dash. If those numbers, and a reported bench of 315, hold up, the kid's a freak. With Trevor Vittatoe a senior and non-scholarship player Carson Meger looking like the likely #2 quarterback for the Miners, it's essential that Mike Price add another quarterback to the 2011 class. We do have Javia Hall coming in August to provide some breathing room. Excerpt: "Keeton had 24 total touchdowns and had nearly 2400 yards of offense.
