Hamilton to UCLA

According to multiple media outlets, Isaac Hamilton has been admitted to UCLA, and will play basketball for the Bruins, and head coach Steve Alford, sometime in the future.

Hamilton's appeal to the National Letter of Intent Steering Committee was denied days ago, meaning that he will not be able to play basketball this coming year, but he is able to attend classes, and will be eligible to play in the 2014-15 school year.

Isaac's reasoning for wanting out of his letter of intent, was apparently to be closer to his ailing grandmother. However, his brother Daniel remains committed to UCONN, and fully intends to play for the Huskies beginning next year.

Whatever the case, and whatever the story, this latest news allows Miner fans to finally close the book of the Isaac Hamilton Saga; once and for all.
