Does anyone know why UTEP has not or did not make an offer to Patrick? I see he is receiving an offer from Ole Miss. Teams like Texas, Texas A&M, TCU, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma are also interested in him (according to scout.com). But I don't see UTEP anywhere, why is that? Its not like UTEP is a Top 25 team. They should give the home town athletes more opportunities. These out of town kids that get the scholarships do not do any better.
