Still not exactly sure on the specifics of this, but it just hit twitter in the last hour. Ian Hamilton, a 6'5 218 lb WR out of Northern California has apparently signed to play with the Miners. I'll bring you more on this as I find out about it. ****Update I asked ESPN 600 to ask Coach Price, and his comments were that he could not comment on specific recruits, but they have not stopped recruiting for 2012. Any new signees will be announced on Monday at the UTEP FB Media luncheon, but it does seem like Ian Hamilton will be around for 2012.
