CBS Houston has released an article about the University of Texas System Chancellor's decision to cancel the Chavez Jr. vs. Lee fight at the Sun Bowl. They report that customs and homeland security had done a risk assessment, and had passed that information on to UTEP police. The report also states that the cartels had declared the boxing match a "neutral" zone, but that members of multiple cartels would be present.
