The Road To Glory: UTEP's Online Museum Celebrating the 1966 National Championship Team
I have no idea when UTEP launched this site, but it's a great way to learn about the '66 team. Hat tip to Chris Avila who wrote a heck of a piece on the way UTEP currently honors the '66 team, without which, I might never have stumbled upon this site. Avila thinks it's time to construct an on-campus museum, or at the very least, an elaborate display kiosk, to honor the team. This website, is a good start.

I had the pleasure of viewing this site after Chris’s write up on their site. This was an absolute treat to view. Very well done.

He had a good point in that UTEP has failed miserably in marketing the site. Maybe it came out when the movie did and has been forgotten? I’m not sure, but the marketing people should really contact the Rush and MI when they launch stuff like that. We get it to MIner fans far quicker than any other method.
I lost about na hour on that site yesterday- good stuff.
