Bret Bloomquist reports that UTEP RB Donald Buckram, WR/KR Marlon McClure, and starting left tackle Will Osolinsky all practiced Thursday and should play against Rice. The verdict is still out on both starting center Tanner Cullumber (knee) and his backup Eloy Atkinson (ankle).
