Hiram Atwater, UAB's leading tackler in 2009, has been dismissed from the team after a violation of team policy. He had already been suspended for three games this season but now has been officially dismissed from the squad. This is a huge loss for the Blazers with UTEP's high powered passing offense coming to town.
